The Indian Health Service is conducting market research for two full-time-equivalent Advanced Practice Provider positions, staffed by qualified physician assistants or nurse practitioners, to provide outpatient primary care at Rosebud IHS Hospital. Services include adult and pediatric primary care, preventive and wellness care, chronic disease management, acute outpatient care, minor procedures, patient education, referrals, care coordination, documentation, quality improvement, and participation in clinical meetings and huddles. The anticipated contract is a firm-fixed-price, month-of-service, non-personal services contract with a three-month base period and three consecutive three-month option periods. Personnel must satisfy applicable education, certification, licensure, DEA, BLS, credentialing, privileging, background investigation, health, and professional liability insurance requirements. Interested parties must submit a capability statement of no more than 10 single-sided pages, including attachments, addressing capability, relevant experience, technical capability, business information, applicable contract vehicles, and additional information.
