Description
The Indian Health Service, Great Plains Area, is soliciting firm-fixed-price, non-personal healthcare services consisting of one qualified, licensed, and credentialed OB/GYN physician and sufficient nursing support personnel for the Cheyenne River Health Center. Services include gynecological evaluations and treatment, prenatal and reproductive healthcare, family planning, preventive care, consultations, approved outpatient procedures, patient education, medical-record documentation, and related clinical support. The contractor must provide personnel, supervision, recruitment, scheduling, credentialing, licensing, management, professional liability insurance, and other resources necessary for performance. The anticipated structure is a 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods. Physician and nursing support services will be separately priced by month of service. Personnel must satisfy applicable education, licensure, board-certification or eligibility, BLS/ACLS, credentialing, privileging, background, and facility requirements. Proposals will be evaluated on technical capability, past performance, management approach, and price, with past performance requiring recent and relevant healthcare staffing experience information when available.
