Description
Guilford County is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to develop, coordinate, manage, and implement golf instructional services and youth summer enrichment camp services at Bur-Mil Park. Respondents may propose golf services, youth summer enrichment camp services, or both. Golf programming may include private and group lessons, clinics, camps, beginner instruction, and advanced instruction for youth and adults. Summer camps must serve children ages 5–13, operate Monday through Friday during the summer school break, and provide structured educational, recreational, creative, leadership, wellness, and social-development activities. Camp programming should run for at least eight consecutive weeks and may extend to ten weeks. The provider must supply qualified personnel, supervision, equipment, supplies, materials, scheduling, participant records, marketing support, safety procedures, monthly reporting, and annual program and fee schedules for County approval. Personnel working directly with youth must undergo criminal background checks. The proposal package must include a completed Revenue Proposal Form, Executive Summary, Provider Qualifications Form, detailed Proposed Services document, Provider References Form, W-9, Addendum Acknowledgement Form, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and E-Verify Affidavit. Responses must be submitted electronically through Guilford County’s Vendor Self Service system. The selected provider will enter into a five-year contract with no renewal options.
