Description
Marine Forces Special Operations Command is soliciting a single-award, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for manpower augmentation supporting the Marine Raider Training Center. The scope includes three full-time direct-action high-risk training instructors, episodic direct-action instructors, episodic combat-marksmanship instructors, travel, and materials and support services for Marine Raider, Master Assaulters, and Special Operations Forces Fundamentals training. The base period is followed by four one-year option periods and a six-month extension option. The solicitation requires a technical proposal, past-performance information for up to three recent and relevant contracts, a completed pricing template, total compensation plans, resumes for three direct-action high-risk training instructors, qualifying business and security documentation, an OCI disclosure, and other specified certifications and representations. The procurement is restricted to certified Women-Owned Small Businesses, requires CMMC Level 1 and SPRS evidence, and requires personnel supporting the work to hold the applicable security clearances identified in the pricing template.
