Description
The City of Commerce, through its agent, the Texas Department of Transportation Aviation Division, is seeking a qualified professional-services firm to prepare an Airport Layout Plan with narrative for Commerce Municipal Airport. The scope includes an 18B obstruction survey consistent with the latest Federal Aviation Administration guidance and applicable standard operating procedures. The qualifications statement must describe the firm's understanding and technical approach, relevant airport-planning experience, project-manager and task-leader qualifications, up to ten relevant projects completed within the last ten years, proposed personnel and time commitments, and a proposed schedule in weeks. The response is limited to nine single-sided 8.5-by-11-inch pages and must include the required foreign-adversary certification on its first page. Responses will be evaluated on qualifications, comparable recent experience, schedule capability, and technical approach.
