Description
The City of Hermosa Beach is soliciting a contractor to perform immediate, high-priority repairs to an existing pier. The scope primarily includes concrete deck panel replacement, deck strengthening repairs, soffit spall repairs, epoxy crack injection, and related work required to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications. The opportunity is a lump-sum construction project with an estimated bid value of $2,810,000. The project duration is 65 working days. A Class A contractor's license is required, along with a 10% bid bond and 100% payment and performance bonds.
