Description
The Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority is soliciting qualifications from a General Contractor/Construction Manager-at-Risk for improvements to solids handling and sidestream treatment at the Fourche Creek Water Reclamation Facility. The selected contractor will provide preconstruction services during design and construction services through a two-phase GCCM delivery process. Responders should demonstrate experience providing GCCM services. The RFQ package includes descriptions of required services, an outline for the qualifications presentation, and the selection method. Participation by minority-owned, woman-owned, small, and veteran-owned businesses is encouraged. Communications regarding the solicitation are restricted under a cone-of-silence policy, and the designated contact is the only authorized point of communication.
