Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District, is conducting market research to identify providers of an integrated executive coaching and leadership-development program for approximately 10–26 senior and mid-level leaders. Potential approaches may include cohort workshops on communication, emotional intelligence, human behavior, and organizational alignment; recurring one-on-one coaching; leadership assessments and development planning; and follow-on reinforcement. The program should support strategic alignment, measurable leadership behaviors, team cohesion, accountability, decision-making, and change leadership. The agency is interested in a scalable, commercially available approach that may combine on-site and secure virtual delivery. Responses should describe the provider’s methodology, coach qualifications, assessment tools and confidentiality practices, and one to three relevant engagements from the past three to five years. The requested response package is limited to five pages and should include component-based, non-binding pricing, including workshops, coaching, assessments, travel, and optional follow-on services, as well as relevant government contract vehicles. This is a market-research request, not a solicitation for proposals or quotes.
