Description
The City of Montreal is soliciting bids for the acquisition of 9mm service ammunition for the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) for the years 2027 to 2030. The contract is expected to last 48 months. Interested suppliers must obtain the tender documents from the SEAO (electronic tendering system of the Quebec government) at seao.gouv.qc.ca, at their own expense. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope before 1:30 PM on September 17, 2026, to the Service du greffe at the Hôtel de Ville, 275 rue Notre-Dame Est, Montreal, Quebec. The solicitation is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
