Description
The Federal Bureau of Investigation is seeking a one-time, firm-fixed-price purchase of 90 cases of brand-name or equal FEDERAL .308 WIN 168 Grain Tactical Bonded Tip ammunition, manufacturer part number LE308TT2, with 200 rounds per case. Equivalent products must meet the stated caliber, 168-grain bullet weight, and Tactical Bonded Tip bullet-style requirements. Only new products are acceptable; gray-market products are excluded. Quotes must include firm-fixed pricing, shipping costs within the continental United States, the FOB Destination delivery timeframe after receipt of order, product specifications for any equivalent product, the original equipment manufacturer’s registered business name and part number, and a manufacturer data or specification sheet. Non-OEM vendors must also provide evidence of authorization to resell the quoted product. The quotation must include the company name, tax identification number, UEI, point of contact, pricing, and product description. Award will be made on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis, and partial quotes or partial awards will not be considered.
