Description
The Lafayette Parish School System is soliciting sealed bids for Food Service Supplies (Rebid-Remaining Items), Bid# 53-26A. Bids will be received electronically via www.centerlinebidconnect.com until 2:00 p.m. CST on July 1, 2026. Complete bid documents are available without charge from the same website. Questions regarding the electronic bidding process should be directed to Centerline at 504-291-5738 or bidconnect@centerline.co. Addenda will be posted on www.centerlinebidconnect.com. Bids must be submitted in accordance with bid documents and cannot be withdrawn for 30 days after opening. The School System reserves the right to reject any or all bids. In accordance with La. R.S. 38:2251, a preference of up to ten percent (10%) may be applied to products manufactured, produced, grown, or assembled in Louisiana, provided they meet or exceed bid specifications. Award of this contract is subject to fund availability. The Lafayette Parish School System strongly encourages the participation of minority-owned and small business enterprises.
