Description
The State of Wisconsin, Department of Administration, is soliciting bids for the printing of the Home Energy Plus multi-language publications. This includes three distinct items: Application, Brochure, and Checklist. The Application requires a quantity of 24,090 units, printed in black ink on 60# Opaque White Offset paper, sized at 8-1/2" x 11", and finished with a single staple in the upper left-hand corner. The Brochure requires quantities of 38,335 for English, 9,421 for Spanish, and 2,982 for Hmong. These will be printed in 4-color ink on both sides with bleeds on 80# Coated Matte Text White paper, sized at 8-1/2" x 11". Finishing includes scoring for a letter fold (3-2/3" x 8-1/2") to prevent cracking. The Checklist requires quantities of 17,761 for English (on 60# Opaque Offset Light Green paper), 6,857 for Spanish (on 60# Opaque Offset Light Orange paper), and 1,152 for Hmong (on 60# Opaque Offset Light Purple paper). These will be printed in black ink on the front only (1/0), sized at 8-1/2" x 11". All items will be shipped to 43 unique locations, with a request for one all-inclusive price that covers all work, including shipping costs. PDF proofs should be emailed to bobbi.davis@wisconsin.gov.
