This is an invitation-only opportunity for the printing of 115,000 copies of the 2026 Game, Fish & Parks Hunting Handbook. The handbook will have a trim size of 5.25"x8.375" with full bleed throughout, 96 body pages, and an 8-page cover, requiring a 3-knife trim and saddle-stitching. The cover stock is specified as 80# coated offset white, and the inside stock is 45# white offset. The vendor must provide environmentally preferable paper products that meet specific GreenSeal, EcoLogo, or EPA Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines criteria, and must include the statement "Printed On Recycled Paper" along with publisher and cost information as per SDCL 5-18D-15. Delivery of camera-ready copy is expected around July 29, with a hard-copy proof due by August 4, and the final product delivered by August 24. The handbooks are to be delivered in specific quantities to various locations across South Dakota, including Cabela's, Scheels, and Game, Fish & Parks offices, with remaining supply going to GFP Property Management in Ft. Pierre. Penalties will be applied for late delivery and poor workmanship, calculated based on the bid price and determined by the Office of Procurement Management Director.
