Description
The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) is soliciting bids for multi-space meter receipt paper to be used by the New York City Department of Transportation (DOT). The solicitation specifies thermal paper rolls for parking meters, with requirements for specific ticket sizes, pre-printing on both the front and back, and end-of-roll sensor marks. Item 1 is a standard white thermal paper roll with 2-color graphics on the face and back, and 6500 tickets per roll. Item 2 is a retrofit thermal paper roll with a holographic stripe, and 4088 tickets per roll. Item 3 is a retrofit paper roll with a single-colored artwork/watermark, and 5055 tickets per roll. Item 4 covers additional set-up/plate charges for new advertisements to be printed on the back of the thermal paper rolls. Bidders must provide manufacturer details and material costs. The contract period is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2031. Delivery is expected within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of a purchase order, with a minimum shipment quantity of 1,500 rolls per delivery. Primary delivery locations include the NYC Department of Transportation Maspeth Shop and the NYC Signal Warehouse.
