Description
Okanogan School District No. 105 is soliciting sealed bids from general contractors for the modernization of Virginia Grainger Elementary School. A single combined bid is requested for the associated work within each section, with base-bid and select alternate-bid submissions required at separate stated times. Each bid must comply with the project bidding and contract documents and include a bid bond, certified check, or cashier’s check payable to Okanogan School District in an amount of at least 5% of the total base bid.
