Description
The Washington Air National Guard's 194th Wing requires completion of government vehicle parking and roadway surfaces at the new ASOG Complex, Building 140. The project includes asphalt paving, concrete curbing, retaining wall construction, covered parking installation, lighting, and security fence installation. This is a construction solicitation under NAICS 238990 for a parking-facility project. A second site visit is scheduled for September 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. local time, with initial meetup at Building 127, 41st Division Way, Camp Murray. Requests for information are due by the end of September 27, 2026, and bid opening is scheduled for October 15, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. local time. An amendment is forthcoming to reflect these changes.
