Description
Montgomery County Community College is seeking a single vendor to furnish a complete package of factory-new Cisco network infrastructure equipment and provide associated three-year, fixed-rate, tax-exempt municipal lease financing. The required equipment includes Catalyst 9300 switches, network modules, SFP28 modules, and stacking and optical cables in specified quantities. Substitutions, alternate manufacturers, refurbished or previously used equipment, gray-market products, and partial or line-item bids are not permitted. Pricing must include equipment, delivery, licenses, subscriptions, support coverage, financing, and all other transaction costs. The bidder must complete the bid forms, Exhibit A Non-Collusion Affidavit, Exhibit B References Form, Exhibit D Pricing Schedule, and the Owner's Certification of Responsible Bidder Status Form because the estimated value exceeds $250,000. The bid must be submitted through PennBid by October 27, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. EDT. The estimated contract value is $350,000. Certificates of insurance and the Contract Form are required only after notification of intent to award.
