Description
The State of New Mexico is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance for identified emergency power-generating equipment and fire pump systems. The scope includes servicing, testing, and reporting for healthcare occupancies in accordance with the latest editions of NFPA 110 and NFPA 25. The procurement will establish a fixed-price price agreement. The initial term is one year from the date of award, with options to extend annually for up to nine additional years, subject to mutual agreement and approval by the New Mexico State Purchasing Agent. The total term may not exceed ten years.
