Description
Jordan School District is soliciting pricing for specified binders, notebooks, self-adhesive note paper, and paper pads for delivery to its central warehouse. Only the brands and products identified in the solicitation will be accepted; substitutions, equivalents, and “or equal” products are prohibited. Vendors must offer items from their standard product lines with ongoing availability and may bid on any combination of line items rather than submitting an all-or-none bid. The contract is an as-needed arrangement with estimated quantities and no guaranteed minimum purchases. Pricing must use the stated units of measure, be rounded to two decimal places, and include FOB destination, prepaid freight and all delivery-related costs. Prices must be guaranteed for six months from award. The solicitation requires a completed pricing bid table and Vendor Information Sheet, with submissions made through the procurement platform.
