Description
Jordan School District is soliciting statements of qualifications from architectural firms for design services and renovation plans for additions at Copper Hills High School and Riverton High School. The project calls for a 3,000-square-foot addition at each of two similar facilities to accommodate wrestling programs, including electrical, mechanical, and structural design scopes, with potential civil and landscape work. The scope may also include remodeling and/or installing a dance floor within existing space at one or both schools. The stated design and bidding period is October 2026 through February 2027, followed by construction anticipated from March through August 2027. The construction budget is $2.8 million.
