Description
The City of Marshfield is soliciting bids for rehabilitation and painting at the Dr. Tommy Macdonnell Aquatic Center. The work includes repairing and preparing surfaces and applying coatings to all painted surfaces, including the pool walls, pool floors, and overflow tank, in accordance with the attached specifications and the coating manufacturer's weather-tolerance guidelines. All work must be completed no later than December 1, 2026, or within the applicable weather tolerances for proper paint application, whichever comes first. Bids may be submitted by email or mail, and the solicitation reserves the City's right to waive formalities or reject any or all bids.
