Description
The City of Warrenton is soliciting proposals for exclusive management and operation of the Warrenton Aquatic Center at 751 Warrior Avenue. The contractor will operate the indoor and outdoor pools during the 2027 season; provide qualified management, lifeguards, and other personnel; manage swim lessons, water aerobics, rentals, and other aquatic programming; collect fees and maintain attendance and deposit records; and conduct staff training and safety programs. The scope also includes spring opening and fall closing activities, pool and facility cleaning, chemical and filtration-system management, water testing, equipment inspections, vacuuming, recordkeeping, incident reporting, complaint coordination, first-aid supplies, and compliance with applicable health, safety, ANSI, and manufacturer requirements. The initial term covers the 2027 pool season, and subcontracting is prohibited. Proposals must include a completed Statement of Contractor's Qualifications and Proposal Pricing Form, including a management fee and maximum base salary for 2027 staffing.
