Description
The City of O'Fallon is requesting qualifications from a consulting engineering firm to design improvements at the Bryan Road and Veterans Memorial Parkway intersection. The scope includes turn-lane and through-lane additions, pavement rehabilitation or replacement evaluations, safety and access-management improvements, ADA upgrades, sidewalk and shared-use path improvements, ITS and traffic signal work, utility relocations, surveying, geotechnical investigations, stormwater and pavement design, environmental clearances, permitting, right-of-way plans and easement documents, public involvement, utility coordination, traffic control, and coordination with transportation agencies. The selected consultant will prepare conceptual, preliminary, right-of-way, draft final, and final plans; specifications; estimates; contract documents; and documentation for Plans, Specifications, and Estimates approval. The project is anticipated to receive federal oversight, and the consultant may assist with funding applications. Firms must be prequalified with the Missouri Department of Transportation and listed on its Approved Consultant Prequalification List. Submissions must include a letter of interest, statement of qualifications, federal work authorization affidavit, and E-Verify memorandum documentation, along with relevant team, project experience, and past-performance information.
