Description
The City of Clermont has received an unsolicited proposal for a qualifying public-private partnership project involving the design, construction, financing, and ongoing maintenance of a combined government center and multi-use sports recreation facility. The proposed project is intended to support the City's recreation needs and is associated with its American Bicycle Association Plan. The City will accept competing proposals for the same project. Proposals must comply with Section 255.065, Florida Statutes, applicable City code and purchasing requirements, and include an executive summary and cover letter, statutory authority, application-fee confirmation, proposer contact information, submission date, project description, project need and benefits, qualifying-project details, financing and payment plan, and team qualifications. An application fee or other required payment must be made by cash, cashier's check, or another noncancelable instrument; personal checks are not accepted.
