Description
Rockbridge County Public Schools is soliciting lump-sum bids from three pre-qualified general contractors for construction of a new recreation facility on approximately 14 acres. The facility will include four gyms, a walking track, training and conference rooms, administrative offices, and support spaces. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 6, 2026. Bids must include a bid bond equal to 5% of the bid from a bonding company licensed in Virginia. The successful contractor must provide performance and payment bonds. Only KNA Contracting LLC, Lantz Construction Company, and Nielsen Builders, Inc. are eligible to submit bids.
