Twenty-One Indoor Stationary Bikes

The Government of Canada is seeking 21 commercially available indoor stationary bikes for Personnel Support Programs at Garrison Petawawa. Each bike must meet detailed mandatory specifications, including a durable steel frame, 330-pound minimum user capacity, adjustable handlebars and seat, emergency stop, water-bottle holder, leveling feet, transport wheels, shift lever, dual-sided pedals, self-powered belt drive, magnetic resistance, rear-mounted covered aluminum flywheel, at least 20 selectable gears, and an LED/LCD display showing specified workout metrics. The contractor must deliver the bikes and accessories, unload them using a suitable truck and staff, unpack and dispose of packaging off-site, assemble and place the bikes in designated locations, test them, and provide warranty, operating, and supporting documentation. The contractor must provide at least three years of parts and labor coverage, including the console, and five years of frame coverage, with on-site warranty repairs initiated by an authorized technician within 24 hours of notice. Delivery and all deliverables are required by March 31, 2027.
