Description
The City of Plano seeks construction services to remove and reconstruct brick screening wall panels, repair brick double walls, reconstruct columns, and repair mow pads at various locations throughout the city. The estimated project amounts are $2,030,000 for the initial term, $3,000,000 for the second term, and $2,000,000 for the third term. Bids may be submitted electronically through IonWave or delivered in person in a sealed envelope. A bid bond or cashier’s check for 5% of the amount bid must be received by the bid closing deadline. Electronic submissions may upload a scanned copy; the presumed awardee must provide the original within 24 hours of request. The bid bond must use the City’s included form. The deadline is November 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time.
