Description
Community Transit is soliciting qualifications from firms to provide construction management services for the Smokey Point Transit Center Expansion Project. The scope includes construction management, field inspections, special testing and inspections, a document control system, construction administration, and related project support. The solicitation package includes the RFQ, Addendum 1, a pre-proposal conference agenda, 30 percent plans, site renderings, and comfort-station renderings. The response must be submitted through the procurement portal and address the required qualification materials and forms identified in the solicitation.
