Description
The City of Covington is soliciting qualifications from experienced engineering consultants or consultant teams for construction management services related to the Systemic Safety Pedestrian Improvements Project (CIP 1029). The project is located in Covington, WA 98042, and is expected to commence in July 2026 and conclude in December 2026. Selected consultants must demonstrate expertise in Washington State and City of Covington standards, federal and state regulations, and project implementation. Experience with Rapid Rectangular Flashing Beacons (RRFB), HMA pathways, and other traffic safety implementations is required. As the project is federally funded, all Federal EEO requirements will apply.
