Description
The successful bidder will be responsible for repairing an existing 36-inch diameter sanitary sewer pipe. This includes roadway excavation, traffic control, utility coordination, and roadway restoration. The project also encompasses the design, installation, operation, and removal of temporary wastewater bypass systems and temporary construction dewatering systems. The work is to be completed within eighty (80) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The project estimate range is $800,000 - $950,000, excluding Washington State Sales Tax. Key activities include installing and maintaining erosion control BMPs, managing traffic control, coordinating with utilities, and ensuring uninterrupted sanitary sewer service throughout the project duration.
