Description
The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, Bureau for Social Services, is pursuing a central sole-source/direct award for analysis of the child welfare system. The scope includes outlining the analysis and data needs; discovering data needs; defining and validating data; and conducting analyses of removal, permanency, kin placement, non-kin placement, recruitment, licensing, and retention. The engagement also includes review of key findings, final analysis and next steps, debriefing and review of templates, and an in-person trip to train two team members. The listed work is organized across Weeks 1 through 25.
