Description
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport intends to purchase Closure Protective Covers (CPCs) on a firm-fixed-price basis in accordance with government drawings. The requirement includes a first article, production units, and Contract Data Requirements List data. Offerors must complete Pricing Table A, including pricing for the first article and production units, and propose the maximum production quantity deliverable within the $197,000 funding limit. A first-article waiver may be requested when the offeror has manufactured these covers within the previous five years; waiver requests must identify the prior organization and purchase order number and require completion of both pricing tables. The procurement is full and open competition. The drawings are export-controlled Distribution D technical data, and access requires a valid Joint Certification Program certification, a current NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment score in SPRS, and a CMMC Level 2 self-assessment or higher posted in SPRS. Award will use a lowest-price technically acceptable approach, prioritizing the greatest quantity within the funding limit. Quotes must be readable by Microsoft Office or Adobe Acrobat and include point-of-contact information, CAGE Code, and SAM Unique Entity ID.
