Description
Monroe County is soliciting sealed bids for uniforms and related equipment for bailiffs, correctional officers, and deputy sheriffs during the 2027 calendar year. Estimated requirements include shirts, pants, jackets, polos, boots and shoes, belts, ballistic vests or panels, duty-belt gear, hats, patches, name tapes, honor-guard packages, and correctional and maintenance staff apparel. The specifications identify required makes and models, including Blauer, 5.11, Bianchi, Armor Express, Elbeco, Rocky, Gildan, and Dickies products, with no substitutions permitted for specified name-brand articles where stated. The successful bidder must include sizing, fitting, tailoring, alterations, patch and rank sewing, embroidery or screen-printing, shipping, handling, delivery, and return charges in the bid prices. Individual on-site sizing and fitting may be required, and delivery must be guaranteed within 15 working days of receipt of an order. Estimated quantities may change based on the County's actual requirements. The contract term is January 1 through December 31, 2027.
