Description
The FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services Division seeks recurring interior and exterior window cleaning, annual window inspections and maintenance, and related reporting at its campus. The work covers multiple buildings and specialized glazing, including curtain wall, bullet-resistant, arched, and sloped window systems; specified high dusting and hanging-light cleaning are also included. Cleaning frequency varies by building, and some option years add cleaning of a glass-walled staircase or interior curtain-wall cores. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, and supervision; meet site-specific safety and access requirements; and respond within 24 hours to emergency calls to secure damaged or broken window openings. Repairs and replacements are separately authorized and priced as needed. The quotation must include technical and safety approaches, relevant experience, staffing and management information, recurring fixed prices for the base and four option years, and emergency labor rates. Award is intended for the lowest-priced technically acceptable quotation at a fair and reasonable price.
