Description
The Clarksburg Sanitary Board is seeking bids for Task Order #2 Interceptor Cleaning. The work must be substantially completed within 90 calendar days after the contract times begin and completed and ready for final payment within 120 days. Liquidated damages are $1,000 per day for delays. Bids must include a certified check or bid bond equal to 5% of the base bid, a Drug Free Workplace Certification, and evidence of a West Virginia Contractor's License. The bid uses a two-envelope system, with the Bid Proposal placed inside Envelope No. 1; the required contents of Envelope No. 1 are specified in a separate Bid Opening Checklist that is not included in the provided documents.
