Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking a firm-fixed-price contractor to provide annual inspections and maintenance, as required, for an existing modular floating boat dock system comprising 12 boat slips. The docks support security boat training at CENSECFOR Learning Site Little Creek, including facilities at Little Creek Harbor and Desert Cove Boat Basin on Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story. The requirement is structured as a one-year base period with four one-year option periods, for a potential five-year period of performance from November 15, 2026, through November 14, 2031. The solicitation states that the work is an extension of the original installation warranty and requires contractor supervision at each work site while work is being performed. No security clearance is required for contractor personnel.
