Description
The U.S. Navy intends to procure a sole-source teleconference equipment upgrade and maintenance requirement for Navy Medicine Training Support Command Detachment Portsmouth. The anticipated award is a firm-fixed-price purchase order under FAR Part 12 procedures, with One Vision Solutions (Directpacket Inc.) identified as the intended source. The requirement involves upgrading conference room systems and maintaining existing audiovisual infrastructure, including touch-panel interfaces and AV-over-IP distribution systems. The justification states that the incumbent possesses proprietary configurations, installed the foundational AV cabling and network infrastructure, and currently provides warranty and preventive-maintenance support.
