Description
The contractor must provide all materials, equipment, personnel, and shipyard services required for the drydock availability of USCGC Hollyhock, a 225-foot Coast Guard buoy tender. The scope includes underwater hull inspection and cleaning; controllable-pitch propeller cleaning and inspection; exterior deck preservation; drydocking and undocking; temporary electrical, water, firemain, waste-disposal, and related services; sea-trial support; compartment and piping insulation renewal; main reduction gear overhaul; independent NACE Level 3 coating inspection; tenting and environmental controls; and propulsion-shaft strain-gage alignment checks. The quotation must include completed pricing, technical capability and corporate-experience information, a graphical project plan, a technical narrative, recent past-performance references, required certifications and licenses, insurance coverage evidence, anticipated subcontractor information, drydock certification and pre-award docking calculations, fire plans, and other required technical documentation. The resulting vehicle is an Indefinite Delivery Requirements Contract under which task orders may be issued; the stated effective performance period is November 3, 2026, through February 1, 2027. The solicitation is geographically restricted and requires the quoter to identify the exact facility where the work will be performed.
