The Socorro Independent School District is soliciting sealed bids for the sale and conveyance of approximately 10 acres of surplus raw, undeveloped land in the 10400 block of Gateway Boulevard East, El Paso County, Texas. The property is offered as three parcels: approximately 4.906 acres, 3.915 acres, and 1.179 acres. The District may sell the parcels collectively or individually. The sale will impose a restrictive covenant prohibiting use of the property for K–12 educational purposes by any entity other than the District or an affiliated entity for 30 years from conveyance. Bidders must submit completed bid forms for each parcel they wish to purchase, along with the W-9, CIQ Form, and Representation and Certification Form. Bids may be submitted electronically through the E-Bid System; paper bids are accepted in a sealed envelope if electronic submission is not possible. The response deadline is October 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM Mountain Time, and questions are due October 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM Mountain Time.
