Description
Essexville-Hampton Public Schools is soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed contractors to expand the existing aluminum bleacher system at Garber High School's football field by approximately 200 seats. The selected contractor will be responsible for site evaluation, design coordination, engineering and stamped drawings as needed, fabrication or procurement, installation, foundations or structural connections, guardrails, handrails, aisles, and ADA-compliant accessible routes and seating. The scope also includes coordination of permits and inspections, compliance with applicable Michigan building, accessibility, bleacher, and safety standards, site protection and cleanup, final inspection, code-compliance certification, and closeout documentation. Proposals must include company qualifications, comparable project references, project approach, schedule, lump-sum itemized pricing, licensing and insurance documentation, safety records, subcontractor information, and any exceptions. Performance and payment bonds equal to 100% of the contract value are required from the awarded contractor.
