The U.S. Department of Labor anticipates awarding multiple indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts for short-term contingency operation of Job Corps centers throughout the United States and its territories. Fixed-price task orders may require contractors to operate individual centers and provide academic, career technical, career success skills, and career development training, along with related support services. The scope also includes outreach and admissions for residential and nonresidential students, maintaining planned average monthly student enrollment, and career transition services for all eligible graduates and former enrollees, including individuals served by a prior operator. The anticipated vehicle includes eight unrestricted awards and four small-business set-aside awards, with not-to-exceed contract line items and a two-year base period plus three one-year option periods. Specific center requirements will be defined in individual task orders.
