Description
The Utah Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to enter into a five-year contract with a single qualified Offeror to provide Stabilization and Mobile Response services in the Western Region. Services are expected to begin on September 18, 2026. A detailed scope of work is provided in Attachment A of the RFP.
