Description
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is soliciting proposals for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide non-personal, turnkey, paramedic-level Emergency Medical Services (EMS) at Robins Air Force Base (RAFB), Georgia. The contractor will be responsible for providing continuous, uninterrupted coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including fully equipped ambulances and all necessary personnel, management, and supplies. A key performance requirement is to meet a seven (7) minute response time for primary emergency calls. The contract will include a six (6) month Base Period and four (4) twelve (12) month Option Periods, with a potential six (6) month extension. The DHA reserves the right to add similar EMS requirements for other Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) in Georgia and South Carolina via modification. This solicitation is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 621910 (Ambulance Services). Proposals must be submitted electronically by June 29, 2026.
