Description
This project involves the replacement of the existing Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS) III P/T at the Sanpete County Regional Airport, located in Ephraim, Utah. The scope of work includes decommissioning and removing the current equipment, procuring and installing a new FAA-certifiable AWOS III P/T system, and coordinating with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for system commissioning, certification, and integration into the National Airspace System (NAS). The existing AWOS site is expected to remain in its current location, utilizing existing foundations and power feeds. Bids will be accepted exclusively through QuestCDN's online bidding platform, vBid, until Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. A virtual bid opening and reading will occur simultaneously via Microsoft Teams. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. via Microsoft Teams. Registration with QuestCDN is required to become a plan holder and receive automatic updates.
