The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking six binoculars under NSN 6650-01-447-7916. The quotation must address the listed item requirements, domestic-material restrictions, packaging in accordance with ASTM D3951 and applicable DLA requirements, marking under MIL-STD-129, and destination inspection. Delivery is required within 87 days after order, with the stated required delivery date of December 25, 2026, FOB origin, to the DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland Facility in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.
