Description
Goodbuy Purchasing Cooperative is establishing one or more catalog contracts for science supplies and equipment. Vendors must submit catalogs or online catalog URLs and proposed discounts from list prices; multiple catalogs may be offered. The contract is intended to support purchases by participating members, with estimated quantities varying by member needs. Awards may be made by individual item or in combinations, and vendors must accept partial awards and shared awards with other successful bidders. The solicitation requires completion of the online bid response and submission of several attachments, including a Form W-9, Goodbuy Regional Map, Edgar Vendor Certification Form, Goodbuy Construction-Related Advisory, Texas Form 1295 documentation, and the DEI Policy. Vendors must also complete required certifications and acknowledgments, provide supplier and catalog information, and pay a nonrefundable $50 administrative fee. The resulting contract period is March 1, 2027, through February 28, 2028, with a possible mutually agreed one-year renewal. A two-percent participation fee applies to sales made through the cooperative.
