Description
The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre is procuring a broad range of IT and office equipment, including servers, GIS workstations and laptops, desktop computers, monitors, tablets, GNSS equipment, interactive displays, UPS systems, printers, networking accessories, toner, storage devices, headsets, office equipment, and related supplies. The solicitation includes specified quantities, technical requirements, warranties, and delivery within eight to ten weeks. The scope also includes delivery to St. Kitts, installation and training for the high-end server on both islands, after-sales services, warranty support, and related shipping documentation. Bidders must submit technical literature, manufacturer authorization, eligibility and qualification information, a bid-securing declaration, an anti-money-laundering form, financial pricing, and other required bid forms through the electronic procurement system.
