Description
This opportunity involves the installation of a 7-foot tall brick fence along the back and side property lines, spanning approximately 500 linear feet. The project also includes the demolition of the existing wooden fence along the same property line. The proposed brick fence will be a double brick wall, 8 inches thick and 7 feet tall, with seven 12x12x7-foot brick columns spaced at 45-foot intervals. The fence will utilize a "Low Country Blend" brick with buff mortar and a 24-inch wide concrete footing reinforced with three #4 rebar rods.
