Description
The Town of Vernon, Connecticut is soliciting proposals for outside wall repair services at Center 375, located at 375 Hartford Turnpike, Vernon, Connecticut. The scope of work includes cutting out mortar joints on limestone, brick, and stone along Section D of the building, using diamond blades to a minimum depth of 3/4 inch, and then repointing the brick joints with Type N mortar to match the existing color. Limestone joints will be filled with backer rod and caulked with urethane caulk. Bidders must have demonstrated experience in providing such services and adhere to State and Federal standards. Work must be completed by November 30, 2026.
