Description
This solicitation is for exterior facade repair services at the U.S. Consulate General in Karachi. The scope of work includes replacing damaged granite stone panels on the building facade, replacing damaged pavers on the outer side of the CAC, and repairing exterior ceilings. Finishing work such as surface preparation, priming, and painting is also required. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete the tasks. The period of performance is a mandatory 30 working days after award. Offerors must demonstrate relevant work experience, adequate personnel and equipment capabilities, and financial stability. Bids must be submitted electronically in PDF format by July 15th, 2026.
